Goon 2 (Black Mask - guy with bat) is a 1Stun Handy/Heavy Strength 4+ weapon for 15 points. Nice!
Mule Goon (Black Mask - shirtless bruiser) is a 2Stun Strength 4+ guy with Brutal and Sturdy (and 7 End) for 27 points. A nice new tanky guy.
Mohawk (Bane, League - guy with two weapons) has Combo, Handy/Heavy/Crt: 1Blood, and the usual Veteran/Bulletproof Vest of the Bane guys. His weapons only do 1Blood, but whatever! Combo! I really felt the lack of this ability in my Bane gang, so it's really nice to have access to it now!
Ted Hunter (Bane, League of Shadows - guy with hat) carries a Shotgun (yes!) and a Knife - but you'll really be using him for the shotgun...run and gun, baby!
Titan Joker is a tough mother-effer of a leader, with Claws, Sturdy, Tireless, Luck, Power Strike, Trickster...ouch. Buff your band and lay down the beats! Also one of the few Strength 2+ models in the game!

I proxied these two bane goons in a friendly game last night.
ReplyDeleteMohawk (which requires you to do your Mr T impression each time he activates incidentally) is what McGregor should have been. His damage potential is great goon deterrent and he's a reasonable fire and forget missile against low end guys.
Ted Nugent ...erm Hunter is the star though. Great blitzer from the back line and can keep the wary away from a turreted Dallas. He easily earned his points back.
Do you still feel that way with McGregor getting Weapon Master?
DeleteI think they're different, but Weapon Master gives a reason to actually take McGregor (instead of just taking Mohawk all the time).
