Crits Kill People: N3 Feast of Blades Spoilers!

A number of juicy N3 tidbits were spoiled at Feast of Blades (Denver, Colorado) by Solodice over at the Infinity forums!

1) Impetuous models do not benefit from Cover!
Impetuous troops (unless, as I understand it, an order is spent to cancel Impetuous status) do not get the benefits of Cover when in Partial Cover. This is a great way to even out the "discount" Impetuous units get, and actually incentivize spending orders to suppress Impetuousness for a turn.

2) Bikes do not benefit from Cover either!
They're basically vehicles, so apparently they can't hug Cover closely enough to benefit. Works for me!

3) No negatives to Dodging Direct Templates! And...
If you can see the shooter, there's no penalty to Dodge a Direct Template attack. If you don't have LoF, you can still try to Dodge - albeit with a -3 to your PH.

Added bonus, though: those on the receiving end of a Direct Template will NOT benefit from Cover. Wow.

4) Smoke/MSV Combo takes a hit!
It will work as Surprise Attack, and shooting back results in a -6. Dodging in reaction, however, gives you no penalty - just a flat PH!
