Top February Posts

Been keeping up with our rapid-fire storm of posts?  If not, don't worry - here's a list of our top five posts from January 2014!  Which posts piqued your interest most?  Let us know!

5. Tevesh's "The 'Who What' NowTactica Tuesday
In this article, Tevesh deals with the vague approaches some people take to Infinity, like "I shoot".  Shoot with what, exactly?  Most models carry a wide variety of guns, and Tevesh takes us through the options available to Infinity models and how they create a more complex game.  It's also a fantastic way to help demonstrate to players - new and old alike - why specificity is so important!

4. Tevesh's "More Infinity Charts for the Charts God"
In this article, Tevesh links a bunch of useful charts, created by Chronowraith, for N3 Infinity players.  N3 has been pretty overwhelming for some, and these visual aids help those people to sort through some of the "charts charts charts" madness.  Especially useful for what Space Magic can do!

3. Tevesh's New Release: Ariadna Tank Hunter AP HMG Resculpt
I never really ran the AP HMG Tank Hunter in N2(there are a lot of platforms for that AP HMG!), but Tevesh really loved it.  Still, it was a clumsy old sculpt; not at all as nice as its sibling Autocannon.  Now, though, Tank Hunter players - and potential Rodina players - have something to be excited about.  This is one serious update, and a great sign of things to come for the sectorial.

2. Penemue's New Releases: Big Joker, Bane Henchmen, Black Mask Henchmen
This month is so exciting for Bane and Blask Mask players, because we're finally getting some new henchmen to bulk out our bands.  The Big Joker release is exciting too, because previously all the Joker leader options were pretty damn fragile in melee.  Not so with this guy!

1. Tevesh's "Infinity Unit RolesTactica Tuesday
In this article, Tevesh has gathered and reprinted a lot of useful info from Corbeau on the Infinity forums regarding the roles units play in N3 Infinity.  This fantastic article inspired me to write my own post on Misunderstood Roles in Infinity, and it's definitely worth a read to help you get a handle on who does (or should be doing) what.

Special Mention: Endalyon's Setting Up BMG Video
CKP has been looking at other BMG videos for a while now, and we've decided to try our hand at some.  In this video, Endalyon goes over how to set up for a Batman game - a nice and fast tutorial for players who may not have needed to do any setup before!
