I was on io9 when I noticed a video for how to become Batman. It seems to be sponsored by Break and has a curious combination of Joe Berrata as host and the Screen Junkies formula. Most of the advice was practical. Sadly. Also, the Batcave is the most expensive part.
io9 also had a link to a previous post they did where a design student created a Batman-based protective suit. He also has a punch and stab stress test videos. If you're curious into the R&D of Bat Armor, check this out.
