BMG 5 players!- Saturday Showdown

Sat down on friday and played a 5 player game of BMG- here were the quick rules (that worked out REALLY well- I will write up a proper scenario in the coming weeks)

At the "raise the plan" stage of each turn, each player rolls a d6- this determines the order of play, and assignment of AC, IF two  (or more) players roll the same number, however, they are suddenly "teamed up" for that (and only that) turn- both players gain the same number of victory points when one would, and they cannot attack each other.

Basic scenario- 4 blackgate prisoners were scattered into the middle of the board, and each turn they were treated like objectives (to be claimed or contested) that were worth VP equal to the current turn of the game (1VP on turn 1, 5 VP each on turn 5)- game lasted 5 turns.

This resulted in some AWESOME and wacky scenarios including- Rorschach jumping into a huge group of two-face henchmen, only for them to suddenly ally, and rorschach survive, and 2 different batmen trying to decide if they really could be friends over the body of a dying ninja!

Overall Two-face and Batman tied for victory-

  1. A fun casual scenario that led to a lot of laughs. And Robin continues his streak of never surviving.

Btw, did I spot my Lego? :)

  2. Looks like a lot of fun. Can't wait to get my crews on the table. For the batman players what robin is more useful? Tim Drake or Damien Wayne.
