What happens when the Face to Face roll for a Ariborne Deployment vs Hack Transport Aircraft result in a tie?
As stated in the hacking program, the Hacker needs to win the roll to apply the effects of the program. So, in the case of a tie, the program doesn't have effect at all.

Can a Hacker that acquired the Impersonation-2 state using the program Cybermask declare a Surprise Attack or a Surprise Shot?
Yes. As stated in the Impersonation-2 state Effects, a trooper in this state may use the Surprise Attack or Surprise Shot L1 Special Skills.
[Ed: This is my preference. I always thought Impersonation should give those skills but I'm not on to argue with how a game is played. Otherwise I think all my Pawns should work like Queens the next time we play Chess.
This ruling affects Nomad Tunguska Interventors; Nomad Reverend Custodiers; Combined Charontids; Combined Skiavoros; and Aleph Asuras. Technically, no change to Combined Umbra Legates because they were the only model to work under the previous interpretation. ]

When a miniature with Transmutation or Symbiont Armor loses the last Wound of its first profile, what happens first: the Guts Roll or the profile change?
The profile change happens during the end of the Effects step of the Order, just before the Conclusion step where the Guts Rolls are made.

How do V: Dogged and G: Remote Pressence interact with each other?
When a trooper that has both skills goes to the Unconcsious state, the player controlling it has to choose which to use.
If the player chooses to activate V: Dogged, the trooper will ignore the effects of the Unconscoius state and enter theDogged state. That means that the trooper will enter the Dead state at the end of the Turn, or if the trooper suffers a new wound before the Turn ends.
If the player chooses to use G: Remote Pressence, the trooper will suffer the effects of the Unconscious state, but will gain a second Unconscious level before entering the Dead state and it could be repaired meanwhile.
[Ed: This ruling affects Combined Unidron Batroids.]

I thought Cybermask would give Surprise Attack. Then on forum I read it doesn't. It did not bother me too much because Combat camo in N3 is now FtF so we are talking about a -3 Mod effect on my troop who already have ODD (-6), Cover (-3) and possibly preferred range since I could move undiscovered. In N2 it would have bothered me a lot more. Anyway, now it is FAQ'd and I like it. A nice bonus :)
